The Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in London, Jadranka Negodic, presented letters of credentials to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in London on February 17th 2009, B&H Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a press release.
The credentials presentation ceremony was conducted in accordance with royal protocol and established practice, where a conversation with the Queen was followed by individual introduction of the diplomats in B&H's Embassy in London.
Queen Elizabeth II inquired about the economic and political situation in the country, B&H's foreign policy priorities, and priorities in the work of B&H's Embassy in London. Her Majesty showed a particular interest as to the number of B&H citizens living in Great Britain, their level of organization and activities, and on this occasion was informed in detail with regard to these matters.
Following the presentation of credentials, a reception was given in the Embassy of B&H in London for members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the British Foreign Office and other institutions of the receiving country.
