The biggest demand is for smaller apartments and studios. The prices of apartments in new buildings already reached between 1,800 and 2,200 KM per square meter, and owners of construction companies justify this by the growing prices of building material. The prices of older apartments in Sarajevo are between 2,000-4,000 KM and new apartments cost up to 5,000 KM per square meter. |
