Construction of Grand Media Centre to start in October

The construction of the Grand Media Centre, a modern complex in the centre of Sarajevo, will start in October. The investors are Alpha Baumanagement and their partner Hypo-Alpe-Adria Consultants BH, and the investment will amount to between 150 and 170 million KM. Construction of the centre should be completed in three years, and the centre will span over 140 thousand square meters.

The complex will include hotels, shopping centre, movie theatre, gym, casino and the largest convention centre in the Balkans. No doubt, the most prominent feature of the new centre will be a tower with 22 floors, which will house offices, restaurants and a hotel.
