We are a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association Nr.:74 3 20 18 6), specialised in providing a broad range of travel services for individuals, groups and bussines travellers (incoming and outgoing). We are very well equipped to handle an increasingly sophisticated and demanding clientele. We have 4 offices (one Branch) using a global reservation system (Amadeus) and we have English, German and Italian speaking staff. Relax Tours is the first private travel agency in Bosnia and Hercegovina, established in 1989. The first initiator of its establishment is Mr. Tarik Jasharevic who interwoven, in the very existance of the agency, the thirty years of his own working experience in the field of tourism. The main shareholders of the agency are Aida and Maida Jasarevic. The director of the Relax Tours is Mrs. Fatima Jasarevic, a college trained economist, who also has a long experience in the the field of marketing and the examination of the market.

The agency exists and works successfully for 17 years with no interuptions except during the war ( 1992-1995 ). Its key personnel consists of 16 permanently employed employees, experts in different fields of the work in tourism.

Beside working on the ticketing and cooperating with the world's greatest air companies, the staff of Relax Tours works on the organisation of different kinds of seminars, congresses, excursions and arrangements on the level of the national and international tourism. ( It is very important to mention that Relax Tours is a member of IATA, which enables us to sell the air tickets of the most important air companies in the world.)
